Having a lot of kids over for your Childs birthday party?

Easy tip:

Serve a "cupcake cake" and when everyone is done singing, the kids (hopefully one at a time) can grab the cupcake they want. That will save you a lot of time sitting there cutting the cake, putting it on plates, and passing them out. It will also cut out, "I want that piece!, I want the blue flower!" etc.
