Hello there! My name is Francine Tapp. I am 44 years old, married for almost 18 years and have three children. My son Joey is 15 years old, daughter Katie is 13 and my youngest daughter, Hailey, is 9 years old. I'm a full-time  Elementary school counselor for almost 20 years. I will be discussing different strategies that I've used to help make my life easier for my family, my students (and their parents) and for the teachers I work with. I'll be discussing strategies and posting activities to reinforce skills that are taught in my children's book series called "Becoming a Social Genius" where each story focuses on a particular social skill.
