Make a Game out of it!
Set the timer for the amount of minutes you need them to be ready by...and let them know if they are ready by the amount of time you set it for then they WIN the game!
Tip: Make sure you are clear about what you want them to do and make it very easy for them to WIN and then praise them for being able to do the task so quickly!
